Through the meeting, the Ward People’s Committee said the time of the incident was around 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on April 11 at Ti Bo kindergarten.
The person who committed the act of child abuse was also Ms. Lam Thi Bach Nga.
According to Ms. Nga’s presentation, the child NTC (5 years old, living in Linh Dong ward) refused to eat, cried, and covered his mouth, so Ms. Nga sat on top of him and forced him to eat tangerines, leading to the child panicking and crying a lot, affecting his health. young psychology.
