I hope the jury will consider a lighter sentence for the defendant, the defendant’s father and the defendant’s sister. Defendant Tran Uyen Phuong said he regretted his mistake. During 12 months of detention, the defendant learned many lessons in life, went through emotional ups and downs, and questioned himself a lot.
