Securities Investment Newspaper summarizes the market commentary reports of some securities companies for the trading session on April 25.

Buying positions requires patience

Vietnam Construction Securities Company (CSI)

Despite the strong breakthrough in scores, liquidity is still quite conservative at a low level. Matching volume on HSX still decreased by 22.3% compared to the 20-session average. Therefore, today’s very strong increase in scores still does not have enough signals to confirm a reversal but is still leaning towards a technical recovery.

Recovery inertia can pull VN-Index towards the resistance level of 1,220-1,245 points and at this level we maintain our selling stance. Buying positions need to patiently wait for the determination of momentum or patiently wait for VN-Index to test the support threshold of 1,125-1,137 points.

VN-Index will continue to fluctuate in the area from 1,170-1,200 points

AIS Securities Company

The VN-Index today formed a long green candle with positive points and regained the psychological resistance mark of 1,200 points.

However, liquidity has not supported the rebound and recovery this time as the trading volume is still lower than the average of the last 20 trading sessions.

In the next sessions, we believe that VN-Index will continue to fluctuate in the area from 1,170-1,200 points. Here, liquidity needs to improve further to have a basis for forming a short-term bottom. Otherwise, this sale hasn’t ended yet.

Prioritize risk management and sell down positions

KB Securities Vietnam (KBSV)

The VN-Index formed a rising “Marubozu” candlestick pattern, showing the dominance of buyers in most of the trading session and initially relieving the negative sentiment that was overwhelming the market.

Though,

Investors are recommended to prioritize risk management and sell down positions and restructure portfolios during early recovery periods.

Purchasing will no longer be a priority

Asean Securities Company

We maintain the view that the market will have a recovery period after confirming the first bottom. However, chasing buying will no longer be a priority after today’s increase. Therefore, we recommend that investors should stop buying and wait for the shares to return to their accounts. For investors who do not stick to the chart, continue to hold a high proportion of cash.
