At about 10:00 a.m. on April 25, on Highway 1A, passing through Ky Phuong ward, Ky Anh town, Ha Tinh, a tractor-trailer, pulling a trailer with a license plate in Quang Binh province, collided with a motorbike. controlled by Ms. Nguyen Thi T. (born 1987, residing in Ky Phuong ward).

The strong collision left Ms. T. seriously injured and was taken to the emergency hospital. However, the victim did not survive due to serious injuries.
At the scene, the motorbike was severely damaged and was under the tractor.
A leader of Ky Phuong Secondary School confirmed that Ms. T. is working at this educational facility. Near noon on April 25, after class ended, the female teacher drove the car back home and had an accident.
Ky Anh town authorities are coordinating to investigate and clarify the cause of the above incident.
