Ambassador Nguyen Hoang Nguyen affirmed that Vietnam opposes all acts of threatening or using force, violating the sovereignty and territorial integrity of any country, and going against international law and the UN Charter. Vietnam strongly condemns all forms of violence against civilians and civilian infrastructure as well as recent attacks against commercial vessels on international maritime routes.
