Nord Stream 2 is a gas pipeline running parallel to the Nord Stream pipeline under the Baltic Sea, running from Russia to the Baltic coast of Germany. Nord Stream 2 is expected to double gas transportation capacity per year to 110 billion cubic meters when put into operation.
