Australian businesses survey Khanh Hoa tourism

On May 26, Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh, Director of Khanh Hoa Tourism Department, said that the Famtrip delegation of Australian tourism businesses came to survey Khanh Hoa tourism from May 25 to May 28.

The Australian Famtrip delegation includes Australian agents and tour operators visiting Nha Trang via direct flights from Melbourne to Hanoi and Sydney to Ho Chi Minh City.

The Australian Famtrip delegation when arriving in Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa surveyed a number of resorts in Bai Dai, Cam Lam (Vinpearl Meliá Cam Ranh, Ana Mandara Cam Ranh…); take a Sealife cruise to see Nha Trang Bay at night; Kong Forest Tourist Area; see the Dream puppet show at That Theater; VinWonders Nha Trang amusement park (Hon Tre island); survey I-Resort Nha Trang; visit Ponagar Tower relic site and Hon Chong scenic spot…

Australian Famtrip delegation explores Kong Forest Tourist Area

The Department of Tourism also coordinated with the organizers of “B2B Program and Gala Dinner with Famtrip Australia” with about 100 delegates from state management agencies, tourism businesses in Khanh Hoa and Australia.

Currently, Australian tourists will fly directly to Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, then connect to Nha Trang.

Mr. Le Huu Hoang, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, will have a working session with the Australian Famtrip delegation. Khanh Hoa side hopes to increase the number of Australian tourists to Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa in the coming time.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh said that the Department of Tourism of this province is planning to promote the Australian market, then report to the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa province to ask for a policy to promote Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa tourism in Australia. Then, based on the actual situation, it will propose the connection, opening a direct flight to Cam Ranh.
